ORDERING INFORMATION

  • We accept payment from Paypal only.
  • All orders are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • You will receive an Order Confirmation after the payment is accepted.
  • Members are NOT allowed to make any changes / cancel the order once the order has been confirmed.
  • If you have not received the Order Confirmation, kindly drop us an email at cs@arissto.com.sg

*Currently we only ship within Singapore.  If you’re from Malaysia, Taiwan or China, you may proceed your purchases at the local sites.

  • You will receive a traceable Tracking Number after the parcel is delivered.
  • Second delivery is free of charge. However, customers are fully responsible for additional charge for 3rd attempt or goods that have been returned due to reasons such as no such recipient, no such address, and the recipient has shifted etc or for any other failed delivery reasons.
  • All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (not including weekends and public holiday)

To proceed for product(s) exchange or refund, Member must fulfill the conditions below:

  • Return any Product(s) within 7 days from your receipt of product(s).
  • Returns of the Product(s) must be in their original condition (without opening the box) and accompanied by the invoice/delivery order.
  • Product(s) must be purchased. Product(s) redeemed by points are NOT allowed for Exchange / Refund.

Exchange

  • Members shall proceed to fill out the Form or email us at cs@arissto.com.sg for the return and exchange procedure.
  • When Form is completed, the Product will be collected by ARISSTO appointed logistic partner within 30 days.
  • The product for exchange will be sent by  ARISSTO appointed logistic partner on the same day.
  • Member is responsible for the postage fees .

Refund

  • Members shall proceed to fill out the Form or email us at cs@arissto.com.sg for the return and refund procedure.
  • When Form is completed, the Product will be collected by ARISSTO appointed logistic partner within 30 days. Member is responsible for the postage fees.
  • When return is completed, ARISSTO shall reimburse the price of the returned Product to the Member within a maximum of 60 days.
  • The reimbursement will be returned to Member’s account.

Defected Product(s)

  • If the Product is defected upon receipt, it is warranted for maximum of 12 months from the order date ->>> submit what form??
  • Member who received a defected Product may contact us at cs@arissto.com.sg for a replacement of spare parts of the Product
